Right of withdrawal:

Customers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons. It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the period without giving reasons.

In the event of withdrawal, the purchase price will only be refunded concurrently with the return of the goods received from the customer. The condition for this is that the goods are unused and in a resalable condition as new. The goods can only be returned complete with all original accessories. The costs of the return are at the expense of the customer.

For items that are affected or damaged by signs of use, we will charge a reasonable fee for the reduction in value. The same applies if accessories (e.g. manuals, connection cables, driver CDs, software, etc.) are missing when the goods are returned.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal does not apply if
  - Goods are delivered that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs
  - There is no right of withdrawal for services that have been transmitted online (e.g. software and publications for download) or for software and online services that have been unsealed by the customer.
