Reliable for many building lives

When developing the Loxone actuator, we placed great emphasis on ensuring that it would operate reliably and precisely for many years. Let's assume a building is heated 300 days a year. With 10 actuator closures per heating day, that amounts to 3,000 closures per year, or 75,000 closures over a 25-year period. But we weren't satisfied with that: Our new actuator easily handles more than 500,000 closures.

Power for every application

The Loxone actuator has a contact force of 150 Newtons, making it ideal for even commercial applications where larger valves or flow rates need to be controlled.

Silent comfort

Despite all the power the Loxone actuator delivers, it operates virtually silently. Thanks to intelligent motor control, the operating noise is so quiet it's barely noticeable – quieter than the flow noise of a radiator. This feature makes the actuator particularly suitable for living spaces where peace and comfort are a high priority.

Extremely low standby consumption

A conventional thermal actuator consumes just over 2 watts in standby mode. Our new actuator has a standby consumption of 0.05 watts. With 20 actuators, consumption is correspondingly 40W lower. Based on 240 heating days per year with a daily operating time of 12 hours and an electricity price of €0.35, this results in savings of €800 over 20 years.

User-friendly comfort

Thanks to Loxone Tree, even a large number of actuators can be seamlessly integrated into the building automation system in record time. Furthermore, the compact design simplifies installation in hard-to-reach locations. A status LED and a freely assignable button provide operators with numerous practical functions.
